As per the call given by the All India Railwaymens Federation, the South Central Railway Mazdoor Union, Vijayawada Division observed 3 days relay hunger strike. On 8-5-2018, the DOB Branch, Station Branch,C&W Branch and Loco Diesel Branch membes have participated. On the 2nd day oie on 9-5-2018, Ticket Checking Branch, Running Branch, Electrical Branch and Open Line Technical Branch members have particiapted. On the 3rd day ie. on10-5-2018, Medical Branch, Engineering Branch, Operating Branch and Electrical Loco Shed Branch members have participated in the relay hunger strike. The local leaders have expressed their solidarity for the cause of the strike.
